Crested Caracara
Laughing Gull

Santa Cruz:

The CARACARA was reported today just north of Scotts Creek. The bird is
visible from Highway One. [Chris MacIntosh]

Moss Landing:

The adult LAUGHING GULL was observed catching crab along the levee at
Moon Glow Dairy yesterday. [Mark Miller] The bird was also visible from
the observation deck at the salt ponds as it flew back and forth from
Moon Glow to the Pelican roost. [Blake Matheson]
