This is the Los Angeles Rare Bird Alert for Thursday, July 6, 2006. Please

The lone report this week is of two EVENING GROSBEAKS lingering on Mt. Pinos
on July 2. Good numbers of grosbeaks were present here through April. The
birds were seen at the creek along the trail from McGill Campground to Mt.
Pinos Campground.
