Compilers Comments: This is my first report after taking over for Matt Victoria. I
apopogize for any inconsistancies or missing reports . I'll get better as the weeks
go on. Thank goodness it's the doldrums of summer and I can ease in slowly. I'd like
to publicly thank Matt for the great and thorough job he has done with this report.
It's made it much easier for me to follow such an organized format. Good luck, Matt,
in your new endevours and stay in touch.
