Steve Barlow reported the following species at EL Huie Land Application
Facility, located south of Jonesboro, Clayton Co., this morning: NORTHERN
SHOVELER (also reported yesterday by Carol Lambert), AMERICAN BLACK DUCK, a
GADWALL and two CATTLE EGRETS. BLUE-WINGED TEAL have also been reported
there recently. Steve did not report any shorebirds (not even Killdeer!),
but yesterday Carol Lambert reported 3 LEAST SANDPIPERS and a probable
SHORT-BILLED DOWITCHER. A LOGGERHEAD SHRIKE was seen there yesterday as

The results of the pelagic trip out of Tybee Island yesterday are as
follows: about 1000 BLACK TERNS, 1 BLACK-CAPPED PETREL, 1 POMARINE JAEGER,
12 SOOTY TERNS, 12 BRIDLED TERNS, 3 AUDUBON'S SHEARWATERS, and 185 CORY'S
SHEARWATERS.

Sharon Allsup reported a MISSISSIPPI KITE near Winston, Douglas Co.,
yesterday.

There have been many reports of COMMON NIGHTHAWKS moving through the area
this past week.

Tim Keyes observed an OLIVE-SIDED FLYCATCHER in the Amicalola SP, Dawson

Jackie Heyda, Leslie Curran and Pat Sully reported seeing a SWALLOW-TAILED
KITES and 5 MISSISSIPPI KITES at the Bostwick sod farm in northern Morgan
