Big Sur:

The team at BSOL banded a hybrid Warbler today. The parentage is still
under discussion. They also banded a YELLOW-BREASTED CHAT and the first FOX
and GOLDEN-CROWNED SPARROWS of the season. Elsewhere in the park, A
BREWER'S SPARROW a CLAY-COLORED SPARROW and two CHIPPING SPARROW were seen
in the Campground. A CRESTED CARACARA was seen flying over the park.
CHIMNEY SWIFT were also seen over the park [Matt Brady]

A WHITE-WINGED DOVE was seen on the El Sur Ranch to the east of Highway One.

Carmel:

A LARK SPARROW and a BLACK-NECKED STILT were seen at the Odello area of
Carmel River SB. [Matt Brady]
