Vosburgh Marsh Preserve 9/14: 3 Double-crested Cormorants, Great Blue
Heron, 2 Bald Eagles, American Kestrel, Red-bellied Woodpecker,
Northern Flicker, Eastern Wood-pewee, Yellow-throated Vireo, Red-eyed
Vireo, ~50 Northern Rough-winged Swallows, Bank Swallow, CLIFF
SWALLOW, Carolina Wren, 2 House Wrens, Northern Parula, and Magnolia
Warbler
Knox (Old Stage Road to High Point - HMBC trip) 9/16: numerous Turkey
Vultures, Sharp-shinned Hawk, 8 - 10 Broad-winged Hawks, Red-tailed
Hawk, American Kestrel, several Wild Turkeys, Chimney Swift,
Ruby-throated Hummingbird, Yellow-bellied Sapsucker, Northern
Flicker, Red-eyed Vireo, Common Raven, House Wren, Magnolia Warbler,
Black-throated Blue Warbler, Black-throated Green Warbler, Black &
White Warbler, American Redstart, Ovenbird, Common Yellowthroat,
Eastern Towhee, White-throated Sparrow, Dark-eyed Junco, and
Rose-breasted Grosbeak.
Rexford 9/16: Carolina Wren
Thompson's Lake SP 9/16: Great Blue Heron, Ruby-throated Hummingbird,
Belted Kingfisher, Red-bellied Woodpecker, Northern Flicker, and
Eastern Towhee
Meadowdale 9/16: Great Egret, Sharp-shinned Hawk, 2 Cooper's Hawks, 3
- 4 Broad-winged Hawks, Red-tailed Hawk, 2 American Kestrels,
Blue-headed Vireo, Red-eyed Vireo, 2 Magnolia Warblers, and Lincoln's
Sparrow

Yellow-throated Vireo, Red-eyed Vireo, 2 Nashville Warblers, 2
Northern Parulas, Yellow Warbler, Magnolia Warbler, Yellow-rumped
Warbler, American Redstart, and 4 Eastern Towhees
Rexford 9/18: Eastern Screech-owl and Purple Finch
Schenectady 9/18: Northern Mockingbird
Germantown (Keep Conservation Preserve [sic]) 9/19: Turkey Vulture,
Red-tailed Hawk, a flock of Eastern Bluebirds, Gray Catbird, many
Cedar Waxwings, Common Yellowthroat, Eastern Towhee, and a report of
a possible Nelson's Sharp-tailed Sparrow (unconfirmed as of this writing)
Germantown 9/19: Great Blue Heron and 16 Wild Turkeys
Schenectady 9/20: Sharp-shinned Hawk
East Greenbush 9/20: 2 Green Herons, 7 Wood Ducks, 10 Wild Turkeys,
Pileated Woodpecker, Carolina Wren, Black-throated Green Warbler,
