VIRGINIA'S WARBLER, MAGNOLIA WARBLER, PALM WARBLER, PRAIRIE WARBLER,
MAGNOLIA WARBLER, TENNESSEE WARBLER, BLACKPOLL WARBLER, LARK BUNTING,
GREEN-TAILED TOWHEE, VESPER SPARROW, WHITE-THROATED SPARROW,
CLAY-COLORED SPARROW.

On Sept 24, a BURROWING OWL, LARK BUNTING and VAUX'S SWIFTS were seen
on a Sutro Heights- Land's End Audubon Field Trip. The LARK BUNTING has
been seen throughout the day mainly along the wide main path, from in
front of the statue of Diana to the water bath, even up on the grassy

On Sept 24, a TENNESSEE WARBLER and BLACKPOLL WARBLER were seen in the
south part of Sutro Heights Park. From the corner of 41st Ave and Anza,
take the sandy path downhill for about 50 yards. An area marked by
cypresses, ice cooler, and an open area of ice plant is where the birds

On Sept 24, a GREEN-TAILED TOWHEE was seen at the SW corner of Middle
Lake in Golden Gate Park. (Ed Sickles)

On Sept 24, at Pt Reyes National Seashore: an adult male MAGNOLIA WARBLER
was at the Mendoza Ranch, a 1st year female PRAIRIE WARBLER and
tan-striped WHITE-THROATED SPARROW at the Nunes Ranch,
CLAY-COLORED SPARROW at the gate of the parking lot to the Lighthouse,
(2) PALM WARBLER on the trail to Abbott's Lagoon, a VIRGINIA'S WARBLER,
GRAY FLYCATCHER and DUSKY FLYCATCHER at the Fish Docks. (Toby Romer)
On Sept 24, a male HARLEQUIN DUCK was seen 2.5 kilometers up the beach
towards the Lifeguard Station at Chimney Rock, from Drake's Beach.

On Sept 24, a CLAY-COLORED SPARROW was seen along the public access
trail at the end of Littlefield Avenue and Harbor Way in South
San Francisco. A GRAY FLYCATCHER and VESPER SPARROW were seen
along the public access trail at the end of Sem Lane in Belmont.
