This is the Minnesota Birding Report for Thursday, September 8th.
On the 2nd, Peder Svingen found an adult LITTLE GULL off 31st Street
South along Park Point in Duluth. Peder also found a juvenile
SABINE'S GULL at the same location on the 4th, and a RED KNOT on the
3rd on the beach southeast of the Sky Harbor Airport.
Roger Schroeder found an EURASIAN COLLARED-DOVE in Marshall, Lyon
County on the 6th, along the Redwood River near Liberty Park.
There is little else to report other than a few early migrants,
including AMERICAN PIPIT, and DARK-EYED JUNCO.
