Josh Spence reported from Carter's Lake in Murray County 2 Nashville
Warblers, Rusty Blackbirds, Yellow-bellied Flycatcher, American Kestrels,
Yellow-bellied Sapsucker, Wood Thrush, Swainson's Thrush and Gray-cheeked
Thrush.

Melanie Nick reported a Ross's Goose in her subdivision at Taylor Lake on
Taylor Rd. in Suwanee. Her email address is available by contacting Jeff
Sewell.
Gene Keferl of Brunswick reported from the Glennville Wastewater Treatment
Plant - Virginia Rail, Sora, King Rail and Wood Storks. Russ Wigh reported
from the same spot today the same birds plus Merlin and American Bittern.
The plant is just south of Glennville and is open only during the week.
Please be careful at the site, birders currently have free run of the place
but the roads are rough and probably not passable by passenger car. If
problems occurred it's possible that access would be limited.

The Eared Grebe continues in the South Pond at E. L. Huie.
Pete Followill reported from the Clyde Shepherd Nature Preserve in Decatur
in Dekalb County a Wilson's Warbler.

On 10/3 Josh Spence reported a Black-billed Cuckoo in Murray County at the
marsh on Foxbridge Rd. (Delorme: pg 13:E8). From Atlanta go north on I75 to
exit 317, Ga 225. Go northeast for 12 miles to Holly. Turn onto Foxbridge
RD and go until you cross Holly Creek. Continue 1 1/2 miles to the marsh.

County.

On 10/1 Bob and Deb Zaremba reported 2 White-crowned Sparrows from the
Bradley Unit of the Eufala NWR in Stewart County. They also had Kestrels
and Baltimore Orioles.

Bob Sargeant on 9/30 reported 2 Clay-colored Sparrows from the Altamaha NWR
near Darien in MacIntosh County.

Jim Flynn relocated 3 Roseate Spoonbills near Harrison in Washington County.
He also had an American Golden Plover at Jennings Turf Farm. He also had a
Yellow-bellied Flycatcher at Little Ohoopee Rd. He also had 2 Ring-necked
Ducks in SW Burke County.

At Clyde Shepherd Nature Preserve Lisa Hurt had a Golden-winged Warbler and
a Philadelphia Vireo on 9/30.

Kennesaw Mountain has been slow, the last report was 9 Warbler species and
63 birds seen.
Grant McCreary reported on 9/30 from Cochran Shoals an Osprey, Philadelphia
Vireo, Marsh Wren and Sedge Wren.
