A female COMMON EIDER continues near Brunswick after an absence of a couple
of days. It was seen on Saturday and Sunday in the marina area of downtown
Brunswick. On Sunday it was seen on one of the dredging pipes down river
from the public shrimp docks.

Neither of the COMMON EIDERS seen of Tybee Island has been reported since
Friday. A first winter male was seen on Thursday and a female was seen on
Friday.

A correction to the 11/24 RBA: A Long-tailed Duck was erroneously reported
off of Tybee Island on Friday.
A LONG-TAILED DUCK was seen on 11/25 off of Jekyll Island in the area of the
Buccaneer Hotel along with BLACK SCOTERS, 5 SURF SCOTERS, 3 WHITE-WINGED
SCOTERS, REDHEADS, LESSER SCAUP and GREATER SCAUP.

The WESTERN KINGBIRD reported on Friday on Jekyll Island between the exit
for the soccer fields and the entrance for the 4-H Center was seen again on
Saturday but not reported on Sunday.

On Sunday at the Altamaha SWMA near Darien, 10 -12 BLACK-BELLIED WHISTLING
DUCKS were reported.

On Saturday, up to 7 PURPLE SANDPIPERS have been reported from Tybee Island
on the rock jetties, which are accessible from the lighthouse museum parking
area. On Thursday, in the same general area as the Lighthouse, 2
WHITE-WINGED DOVES were seen. One was seen on Friday on Pulaski St.

A CAVE SWALLOW was seen on the east side of US 17 at the Altamaha SWMA on
Sunday. Also reported from this area, 2 YELLOW-BREASTED CHATS, RUSTY
BLACKBIRDS and an AMERICAN BITTERN.

Two WHITE-WINGED SCOTERS continue at Bear Creek Reservoir, located off of GA
330 in southern Jackson Co., and a BLACK SCOTER was discovered here on
Sunday. Also present were 3 GREATER SCAUP, LESSER SCAUP, BUFFLEHEAD, and
RUDDY DUCKS.

Seven to ten AMERICAN WHITE PELICANS were seen on Saturday and Sunday near
the Andrews Island Causeway.

At Phinizy Swamp Nature Park near Augusta, 132 RUSTY BLACKBIRDS, 14 SORA and
3 KING RAILS were reported on Sunday. An AMERICAN BITTERN was seen here on
Saturday but not on Sunday.

On Friday, 6 BALTIMORE ORIOLES, 1 NORTHERN ROUGH-WINGED SWALLOW and an
AMERICAN BITTERN were reported.

RUFOUS HUMMINGBIRDS are beginning to show up in north Georgia, with a recent
report of one in Decatur, Dekalb Co.
Four or five FOX SPARROWS and 15-20 RUSTY BLACKBIRDS were observed at the
Powers Ferry Unit of the Chattahoochee River NRA in Cobb Co., in the
northern section near Columns Dr. off of Johnsons Ferry Rd. on Friday.
