San Francisco Co.

On Dec 29, a NORTHERN WATERTHRUSH was seen in the willows on
the north side of Lily Pond in Golden Gate Park. This is located
south of the Conservatory of Flowers and south of JRK Drive. A
BLACK-THROATED GARY WARBLER was seen at the Arboretum near
St. Francis garden. A WESTERN TANAGER was in the Arboretum,
in euc's above succulent garden. (Matt Zlatunich)

On Dec 29, a HARRIS'S SPARROW was seen in the golden crowned
sparrow flock by the picnic area at Petaluma-Adobe State Historic Park
on Adobe Road on the east side of Petaluma. (Lisa Hug)
San Mateo Co.

On Dec 29, a RED PHALAROPE was in the ponds next the highway at
Seal Point Park along Third Ave in San Mateo. Park in Seal
Point Park parking lot next to the dog part of the park, and walk the
path to the ponds. (Ron Thorn)
Marin Co.

On Dec 30, an AMERICAN DIPPER was seen in the early afternoon
under the Shafter Bridge, which is on Sir Francis Drake Blvd.,
just before a sign that reads "Entrance to Samuel P. Taylor
State Park." There's a small parking area on the west side
of the bridge. Four HOODED MERGANSERS were in a pond on the
San Geronomo Valley Golf Course, along Nicasio Valley Rd.,
off Sir Francis Drake. (Emily Serkin)
