On Jan 8, the SNOWY OWL was seen again along the shore of Grizzly Bay
by boat. There is no land access. Contact Capt. Dan Thiemann.
(916-289-8375). He plans to have a trip on Tuesday at 1:00pm and
Wednesday at 700am. (Daryl Coldren)

On Jan 8, the HARRIS'S SPARROW and WHITE-THROATED SPARROW were seen
again in the golden crowned sparrow flock at Petaluma-Adobe State
Historic Park on Adobe Road on the east side of Petaluma.The flock
was first seen at 400-430pm in the field next to the entrance road,
then back at the picnic area. (4) VARIED THRUSHES were also seen near
the parking lot. At Bodega Bay, a RED-NECKED GREBE and
PIGEON GUILLEMOT were seen in the entrance channel to the harbor.
