Highlights: TRUMPETER SWAN, FERRUGINOUS HAWK, GOLDEN EAGLE,
GLAUCOUS GULL, BLACK-LEGGED KITTIWAKE, THAYER'S GULL, SLATY-BACKED GULL,
BOHEMIAN WAXWINGS, LARK BUNTING, YELLOW-HEADED BLACKBIRD.
Marin Co.

On Feb 19, two SLATY-BACKED GULLS, a 3rd year and adult, were seen
on the Bay side of the pier belonging to the Marin Road and Game Club.

This would be the first exit at the end of the San Rafael- Richmond
Bridge if you were coming from I80/the East Bay.
From the Marin side, from N or S/B 101 take the Richmond-San Rafael
Bridge exit and then the last exit (marked to San Quentin Village)

On Feb 19, a sea watch from Pigeon Point reported (1) 1st cycle
GLAUCOUS GULL, (70) BLACK-LEGGED KITTIWAKE, and (102) THAYER'S GULL.

On Feb 19, the female LARK BUNTING continues near the corner of
Armstrong Rd & Falcon Way close to the Byron Airport. Further down
Armstrong Road, about 0.4 to 0.5 of a mile where the road
bends 90 degrees, (2) YELLOW-HEADED BLACKBIRDS were found. Also
FERRUGINOUS HAWKS and GOLDEN EAGLE were seen in the area.

On Feb 19, (12) BOHEMIAN WAXWINGS were seen in a flock of (150)
CEDAR WAXWINGS in some cottonwoods near Main Street and Kyle in
Fort Bidwell. (Terry Colborn)

On Feb 17, (2) immature TRUMPETER SWANS were seen in a flock of (2000)
TUNDRA SWAN at the Lower Klamath National Wildlife Refuge.
