WHITE-THROATED SWIFT, MOUNTAIN BLUEBIRD, ROSE-BREASTED GROSBEAK,
GREAT-TAILED GRACKLE.

On Feb 24, the ROSE-BREASTED GROSBEAK continues to come to a feeder every
day since the 21st in Moss Beach. 650-728-7537. (Marty Devine)

On Feb 24, a ROCK WREN was on the concrete slabs on the north side of
the tower at the southern terminus of Staten Island Road.

On Feb 27, (60) MOUNTAIN BLUEBIRDS were in a cultivated field at
the junction of Ave 24 and Ave 80, just south of
Allenworth's State Historic Park. (Peter Metropulos)
On Feb 26, (426) MOUNTAIN BLUEBIRDS were in a cultivated field at
the junction of Ave 24 and Ave 80, just south of

On Feb 26, a couple of SWAINSON'S HAWK and (100) WHITE-FACED IBIS
were in a flooded field 3miles east of Firebaugh on Road 7 1/2.

On Feb 27 a male HARLEQUIN DUCK was near the Marin Rod and Gun Club
pier at Pt San Quentin at the west end of the San Rafael/ Richmond
Bridge. Take the San Quentin exit, park at the shoulder before
the "Stop" sign. (3) VAUX'S SWIFTS and (2) WHITE-THROATE DSWIFTS
were seen over the 2nd pond at the Las Gallinas Sewage Treatment Plant

On Feb 27, ten of thousands of birds were at the Merced NWR, including
40,000 white geese with (19) blue morph SNOW GOOSE and (4) blue morph
ROSS'S GOOSE. A drake EURASIAN TEAL was observed from the observation
desk near the Meadowlark Trail. A singing GREAT-TAILED GRACKLE was
