Huntington Central Park: Last Thursday a NORTHERN WATERTHRUSH put in an
appearance below the Slater Street parking area, and a VARIED THRUSH
continued on the east side.

MUTE SWANS, a pair of them, were first reported in San Diego Creek on Friday
by San Joaquin Wildlife Sanctuary, then moved down to Upper Newport Bay over
the weekend.

Tewinkle Park: Last weekend a pair of HOODED MERGANSERS, a EURASIAN WIGEON,
and the YELLOW-THROATED WARBLER were seen by many.

COMMON MERGANSERS (2) were found on Tuesday along the Forbes Road drainage
below Crown Valley Parkway.

Yosemite Park, Laguna Niguel: today, the adult male HERMIT WARBLER
continued, as well as a PLUMBEOUS VIREO.

Laguna Niguel Regional Park: today, the AMERICAN REDSTART and SWAMP SPARROW
were refound.

O'Neill Regional Park: one LEWIS WOODPECKER was seen near the grassy picnic
area to the right of the entrance gate.

Aliso & Woods Canyon Regional Park: on Tuesday a SWAINSON'S HAWK and a
MERLIN were seen.

Last Saturday at UCI the WORM-EATING WARBLER was refound, calling, on
private property.

Last Wednesday at the Orange-Olive crossing by the Santa Ana River the
continuing AMERICAN REDSTART was refound along the bike trail
