Harlequin Duck
Moss Landing:
12 BRANT and 1 BLACK SKIMMER were seen from the Elkhorn Slough Safari boat
yesterday. All were in the area of the Reserve. 3 speices of Goldfinch
including at least 40 LAWRENCE'S GOLDFINCH were along the west road at Moon
Glow. One CATTLE EGRET and four YELLOW-HEADED BLACKBIRD were also present.
8 WHITE-FACED IBIS were on pond one. [Rick Fournier]
Pebble Beach:
A CRESTED CARACARA is still being seen in the Point Joe area. [Brian Weed]
Monterey:
2 male and 1 female HARLEQUIN DUCK are still in the Monterey Harbor.
