A WHITE-EYED VIREO was found on the 24th at the Montana de Oro Campground around
9:00am. It was never refound that day or the next despite a group effort. If
accepted, it will be a first county record. (Mike Stiles)
CHESTNUT-SIDED WARBLERS were found at the Oceano Campground and Lagoon on the 21st
(Brad Schram) the 23rd, along with an AMERICAN REDSTART (Regena Orr and Greg Smith)
and the 24th (Deb Villa). On the 26th at this same location was a BLACKBURNIAN
WARBLER (Brad Schram)
A ROSE-BREASTED GROSBEAK was at a private residence north of Arroyo Grande on the
22nd. (Brad Schram)
Three CLAY-COLORED SPARROWS and a BREWER'S SPARROW were found at the mouth of Islay
Creek at Spooner's Cove in Montana de Oro on the 25th. (Tom Edell)
