Wednesday, September 28
Harold Merriman reported seeing an adult Sabine's Gull just below the Jackson Dam in
Grand Teton N.P. The gull flew by about 200 yards away and was seen previously by
other observers. (Jackson, Teton County)
Tuesday, September 13
Chuck Seniawski reported having a Varied Thrush in his backyard with a flock of
grackles and blackbirds. Unfortuantely the bird did not remain with the flock and
was only seen once. (Cheyenne, Laramie County)
Sunday, September 11
Chuck Seniawski reported finding a Blue-gray Gnatcatcher at Wyoming Hereford Ranch
just down from the main entrance, in the pines. (Cheyenne, Laramie County)
Susan Patla reported finding an Eastern Phoebe at EKW(Edness Kimball Wilkens) State
Park, just to the west of the parking lot. She also reported seeing 4 Lesser
Yellowlegs on the sandbars in the river, as well as 3 Baird's Sandpiper's. (Casper,
Natrona County)
