are GREATER FLAMINGO*, Sabine’s Gull and LITTLE GULL*.

On the Upper Texas Coast a GOLDEN EAGLE (Aquila
chrysaetos) was seen in Brazoria County near Chubb’s
Lake on the Dow Chemical property on Nov. 10.
In North Central Texas an adult LITTLE GULL* (Larus
minutus) was seen from John Paul Jones park in Garland
at Lake Ray Hubbard this morning, Nov. 11, feeding off
of the pier with a group of other small gulls. A third
winter LESSER BLACK-BACKED GULL (Larus fuscus) was in
the same park. To reach the park from I-30 exit Chaha
Rd. Go North on Chaha about 2 hundred meters to where
it "T's" into another road. Go right until you reach
the parking area.
In the Coastal Bend area a banded GREATER FLAMINGO*
(Phoenicopterus ruber) is being see at Goose Island
State Park in Aransas County. The bird was banded in
Mexico and is “countable”. Look on the shell bars
southeast of the fishing pier.
In the Rio Grande Valley a juvenile SABINE’S GULL
(Xema sabini) was found in the channel between South
Padre Island and Boca Chica today, Nov.11.
